Refund policy

Returns
Due to the personal nature of items such as lingerie items and hosiery returns are not accepted on these items. If you have questions about these items, please let us know prior to purchasing.

Leather and Metal items can be returned within 5 days of receipt. These items must be in unused, unworn condition in the original box including any accessories with all tags attached. If there is any indication the item(s) have been used or worn, the tags have been removed, accessories are missing or original packaging is missing a refund will not be granted. Customers are to pay shipping on returns.

If you find a manufacturing issue, you can contact us at sales@darkdesiresboutique.com. Pease send photos of the issue. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
