Locking Black Satin-Lined Leather Wrist and Ankle Cuffs

Our locking black satin-lined leather wrist and ankle cuffs are black latigo leather, padded with neoprene and lined with smooth satin. Each cuff locks, and the locks and keys are included.

Stainless steel buckles, D-rings and spring snaps let you link them however you like.
